A Smoky Mountain HI

Here is a journey I make each day. Time flows on this side of eternity. I have aged as gracefully as reasonable as can be be expected, and yet feel not a day older in my mind. As I begin a life in the Smoky Mountains I hope you will share my journey as well. www.kleincabin.com

Personal growth always involves others.

Put your best smile on your suffering.

If we are to pull together you must pull also.

Life is unfair but so is Heaven to the unbeliever.

Do your best and pray for the rest.

Hope is a bouncing ball always coming back.

You never rebuild your life on your failures but always build on your possibilities.

God meant for your life to be personal.

Recall faithfulness forget abandonment.

Better to believe than to doubt and the results are different for each.

Greed blurs your vision of truth.

Selfishness mess up your priorities

Love measures with a rubber band.

The least, the last, and the lonely will likely be the first, with most, and lots of friends over there.

Love gives with tenacity.

Enthusiasm fosters hope.

Finding the truth is less difficult than living the truth.

Reward your understanding with purpose.

Desires are not wrong but our applications may be.

To become a peacemaker you must first conquer the wars within.

Friday, March 27, 2009

Needs are the eyes of God.

Your can compromise on truth but truth cannot be compromised.

Grace is the only window to view life.

Open to truth close to lies.

The less you know the less you care.

Thursday, March 26, 2009

The Grace of God will do for a man what a man will let the Grace of God to do.

Imagination + opportunity + people = success.

The crescendo of your life is what you have left in the lives of others.

Common work brings on uncommon success.

The seconds of your life are your only true investment.

Our economy allows you to be come religious.

Our past credit is due now.

Recession allows us to evaluate and value our lives.

Recessions rebuffs the thought that hard work produces a profit.

Recession strengthens our marriage or exposes it's weakness.

The tear of child carries more consequence that a dollar unearned.

Life is more liquid than death.

Forget what you can, dismiss what you cannot.

The word “if” threatens progress than anything else.

A gifted leader develops the talents of others

Hard times bring in focus the things that matter.

When I learn to do with less I find I have more.

More family time and less work time could this be a benefit of recession.

Memories make the best home theater.

In the end, money is far from the middle of your worth.

Sunday, March 22, 2009

Enjoy the moment and the day will take care of itself.

Expectations are often more of a millstone than a blessing.

The problem is not that we struggle; it is allowing God to succeed in us or through us, while we struggle.

Positive failure is the path to positive success.

Make allowances for failures but not for laziness.

Saturday, March 21, 2009

You are the greatest thief of your possibilities.

Teaching is not as difficult as learning.

Learning is easier than doing.

Your reaction to failure predicts your success.

Discontentment is alien to Christian virtues.

Friday, March 20, 2009

God can but will not overcome your resistance.

Consider your job as an opportunity not as a requirement.

Every life comes with more possibilities than restrictions.

Seeing the potential of others is not a gift but a basic requirement.

May your DNA be found to be Godly!

Thursday, March 19, 2009

Faith is the fuel to develop your gifts.

The real question is “What can God do with the gifts He has given you?”

Having the power to make a choice is not predestination.

Work is the energy of hope.

Faith is the water on your seeds of hope.

Wednesday, March 18, 2009

A difficult question on judgment day will be; “What did you do with gifts I gave you?”

Never allow loneliness invade your fellowship.

It is easier to shed tears of hope for others, than it is for yourself.

Fear is an open wound.

If you could do it, you would not need God.

Tuesday, March 17, 2009

You can only prove to God that you are wrong.

Cursed is he who chooses to remain cursed.

Everyday love is a contribution to your character.

Trust is one gift you can give God.

May your next great event in your life be to live!

Monday, March 16, 2009

Live in gratitude and grace.

Righteousness is not provable but it is livable.

Never judge by your rules only God’s!

Gratitude is a gift to the thankful.

Whatever you add to Grace takes away from Grace.

We complain because we lack faith.

Discouragement is a result of dishonesty with yourself!

You really do not want what you deserve!

Sin is a flagrant foul against God.

Salvation is free, while sin will cost you all that you ever had.

Saturday, March 14, 2009

Abundant life comes from helping others.

Doubt paralyzes the soul.

May your memories be a history of you happiness!

Whatever conclusion you gave that negates God is wrong.

Our life is our principles.

Friday, March 13, 2009

Try not to overlook the loneliness of another.

The freshness of your life is directly related to the peace of you possess.

You are never thoroughly right unless you agree with God.

Whenever you promote a lie you damage the families of those who hear.

The result of complaining is discontentment.

Thursday, March 12, 2009

Life is an earthly visit between birth and death.

How often do we tread the steps of life with a saint and we unaware?

Life is more profound than explainable.

Are you more or less than you portray yourself to be? If so why?

After you have fed someone then they will listen.

Wednesday, March 11, 2009

Your real church is in your heart and displayed in your daily life.

Most folks hear more truth than are prepared to receive or to believe.

Your life was prepared to touch another's today.

You will never smell the flowers you refuse to plant.

Love in unfolded and enfolded in our daily lives.

Tuesday, March 10, 2009

Make a difference today in some unsuspecting life.

Your irresponsibility can never negate your responsibility.

To be truly free you must behave responsibly.

Doing what you can, and doing what you should, ought never be confused.

A smile is every bit as effective as a zanix.

Sunday, March 08, 2009

In order to enter into your reward you must leave where you are.

What you have accomplished in your life is a gift; what you do with the fruits of your accomplishments is what will define you.

Fear restrains so many possibilities.

Love shuns rumor.

When the chips are down may they be in the chip dip.

Reverend Albert A Barr preacher extraordinaire stepped into Heaven this week.

Albert was my friend. The journeys we shared are part of who I am becoming.

“When a friend becomes a memory, then that memory becomes a treasure.” Albert is one of my treasures.

"Friends grow best in the soil of appreciation." Albert knew how to appreciate others.

“Living a Christian life is the silver lining of life.” Albert understood the silver lining of life.

“Caring is a choice not a feeling.” Albert knew how to care I have seen tears run down his face many times for those he cared for so dearly.

“Faith is hard work”, but Albert never faltered in that belief.

“Putting off to tomorrow can spoil today”, Albert kept a little of his childhood with at all times.

If Albert had a thought that kept him going it was; "God's principles are the only ones' that really count.”

To get an accurate count of your blessing you have to recognize them.

Death always tests our faith.

The moments we share are more valuable that the moments we could have shared and did not.

Answered prayer is more valuable than money.

May your countenance reflect your beliefs!

Saturday, March 07, 2009

Hope fosters faith, which fosters imagination, which fosters accomplishment.

The Christian has no end!

Fear is depression on the move.

Moderation is the key to abundance.

Doubt is the residence of depression.

Friday, March 06, 2009

Emphasize doing right over being right.

Love has a tenacious heart.

If you are perfect you are on the wrong planet.

Success is doing the Will of God in your life, right now!

Love forfeits the right of jealousy.

Thursday, March 05, 2009

Do something good for someone who can do nothing for you.

Thank God for those who have blessed your life who you do not know.

They are developing into consistent uselessness.

Love rewards those who cherish it.

Love must be touched every day or it feels neglected.

Wednesday, March 04, 2009

A new leaf does not need to be turned over.

You are becoming what you will become.

Positive people bring positive results.

She is becoming successfully unsuccessful.

He is pouring his ignorance in to the ears of willing listeners.

Tuesday, March 03, 2009

Hope is easily drowned by despair.

Good deeds rarely come too soon.

Promises are as good as the resolve of the giver.

Budget cuts mean someone loses their job.

Layoffs that are personal are the most devastating.

Monday, March 02, 2009

One of my best friends stepped in to Heaven this morning Reverend Albert Barr is walking on streets of gold today. Pray for his wife Sandy and his children Allan, Cindy, Philip, and Karen as they navigates this difficult time.
Heaven is richer and we who shared his earthly journey are wealthier.

Treasure the interest that God has given you.

The passing of a friend is an investment of your faith.

Kindness can neutralize grief over time.

Tithing is one way of letting God know, that you are willing to give more.

Faithful is he who is faithful.

Sunday, March 01, 2009

Reject cruel progress.

Love involves behavior more than beauty.

Kindness is love in action.

Romance is the spice of love.

Too much good focus can be bad for others.
