A Smoky Mountain HI

Here is a journey I make each day. Time flows on this side of eternity. I have aged as gracefully as reasonable as can be be expected, and yet feel not a day older in my mind. As I begin a life in the Smoky Mountains I hope you will share my journey as well. www.kleincabin.com

The best way to loose weight is to smile more and eat less.

When you know you are able, be especially careful.

Anyone can do what they can if they want, but it is tough to do what you won’t, but should.

Hesitation is the beginning of failure.

Never window-shop sin.

May your New Year’s resume’ include the eternals that should direct your life this year.

To resolve to do is good but doing good is better!

Understanding your past blessings helps you to be prepared to count your new ones.

Every new day is an opportunity to do right.

DO what is right and you will BE what is right!

Christmas is a day that God enjoys more than you can.

It is not the day, but the gift of Christmas, where God gave more than possible.

Christmas is the beginning of which there will be no end.

Christmas means every man chooses Heaven or Hell in one way or another.

Easter gives you the purpose and the power to choose Heaven over Hell.

Memories are moments, threaded together with love.

“Why Christmas?” I asked, “Because I loved you so much.” answered God.

“Why Easter?” I asked, “Because there was no other way,” replied God.

“Why Me?” I asked, “Because one soul is worth all the world and everything in it,“ answered God.

“Where do I go from here?” I asked, “Just continue your journey to Heaven, I will be with you every step of the way,” answered God.

Friends and family love are the pillars of Christmas; Christ is the foundation.

Don’t let others determine your Christmas spirit!

This Christmas is a new beginning; start here to go forward.

Bitterness will sour this Christmas, as well as, everyday after.

Bless someone, who will not know you have, this Christmas!

Wednesday, December 22, 2010

Make friends with your family; they will always be there one way or another.

Christmas gives you a chance to forgive was well as remember.

Whatever gifts you give, this Christmas, the gift of love will be the most important.

This Christmas remember to forget what should be forgotten, and remember what you ought to be remembered.

The smiles of children gives meaning, to the meaning of Christmas.

Giving is better than receiving but the receiver, in need, feels it first.

Hope was planted at Christmas and brought forth fruit on Easter.

The warmth of Christmas is remembering to love more than yourself.

Christmas is less about giving and more about loving beyond your comfort zone.

The “love that makes the world go around” was demonstrated at the first Christmas.

Monday, December 20, 2010

The love that Christmas gives perishes when not passed on.

Giving beats loaning any day.

At Christmas God gave, not loaned, us His love.

The more you love the Christ-Child of Christmas, the more you will understand the Savior of Easter.

Anything you give without love becomes a parasite.

Sunday, December 19, 2010

Christmas is about love of the Father and the willingness of His Son; and Easter is about the cost of that love and the forgiveness it provides.

The real message of Christmas is to love someone who does not deserve it.

Give something to someone who cannot give back this Christmas.

Christmas is about coming to the needy, not to the deserving.

Christmas is found in the heart, not under a tree.

Saturday, December 18, 2010

If it were not for Easter, Christmas, would have no meaning.

Because of Christmas. hope went from the head to the heart.

It seems, to often, that giving at Christmas time has gone from privilege to obligation.

God gave us Jesus because He loved you, not because He had to.

When it is Thanksgiving time we are thankful, then at Christmas time we understand why!

Sometimes God closes doors to open your eyes.

Whatever you have, has you.

Being sorry is good, but not changing, is being really sorry!

Acting wrongly, ruins being right.

Never learn how to lose but do learn how to act when you do!

Thursday, December 16, 2010

A wise man is one who lives wisdom.

Be thankful when you can give and feel blessed when you have received.

He who forgives first, experiences the least pain.

American justice has less to do with truth and more to do with deceit and paperwork.

It is better to see what a wise man is doing, than to hear what a wise man is saying!

Take pride in your work but give thanks for your accomplishments.

Time management is really life management.

Save from what you earn, so you can give when you have learned.

Charity is not an option; it is an investment.

Give from your heart and your wallet will follow.

The consequences of poor judgments cannot be predetermined.

Greed is a temptation of success.

Inspirational humility is a far more effective form of leadership than the "follow me" types.

Only follow someone, who is headed where your heart wants to go.

In order to get the best out of others, you must be willing to get the best out of yourself.

If it is too good to be true, probably it isn’t.

When you have enough, what is given you, has less value.

If your marriage is like a tree; is it Sourwood or Sweet Gum?

Leadership is the process of helping other see their possibilities in the company goals.

Paying attention is much cheaper than ignorance.

If, “the first shall be last” then a lot of us are working at for the wrong prize.

Making a mistake, and doing something you know is wrong, are in no way near the same thing.

A fake is the genuine made to be inferior.

When cutting ties, make sure yours is not caught in the same cut.

Grow your own hope in the lives of others.

People are more difficult than things, but much more valuable.

Christmas is the beginning of forgiveness.

Love does what it should, when it would rather not.

A workaholic has fallen in love with the wrong thing.

Whatever you have accomplished you haven’t; only He has allowed it through you.

It is easier to share, when we have little, than when we have much.

Faith is so simply, difficult.

Every prayer is as act of faith and a gift of thanksgiving.

Friendships often wither on the vine of neglect.

Friends feed one another, even when the one of them, cannot.

Wednesday, December 08, 2010

Love is a tenderizing agent for the soul.

Prayer is the only thing that can add time to your life and life to your time.

Progress is not our most important product, obedience is!

After you pray, do something good.

Too often, we do too little, when we have too much!

Forgive, give, and live all intricate parts to the Christian journey.

How bright is my light? Is it candle powered or Christ powered?

“Faith without works is dead.” Do you really want your earthy journey to be useless?

Your Faith can change the blessings of another.

A Christian ought to be a “grow house” of Faith.

Monday, December 06, 2010

It is by Faith that you are able “to taste and see that God is good.”

Faith is the package, in which, the answers to your prayers are delivered.

Faith gives you the desire to live, the strength to pray, and the wisdom to believing.

Faith is the salve for the wounds inflicted by those who were suppose to love you.

Faith helps you see farther than you can believe.

Sunday, December 05, 2010

If your life has not changed, since you met Jesus, you did not meet Him.

Faith is how you feel the love of God and are able to curl up in His everlasting arms.

Faith helps you do, what you wouldn’t, as well as, what you couldn’t.

It is Faith that helps you love the “hard to love” people in your life.

Faith allows you to see beyond another's sins and weakness into their possibilities in Jesus.

Saturday, December 04, 2010

Faith turns selfishness into selflessness.

Life has no reverse; so you need to do what needs to be done. Now!

God has something for you to do every day, if you don’t do it, it is left undone.

What do people experience when trying to approach your life, a tender roast or jerky?

Remember, God has no defensive plan for the Church, only a offensive one.

Friday, December 03, 2010

What I do, with what I believe, is what I believe!

Living your Faith is a performance issue, not a salvation issue.

God has put someone, on their way to eternity, in your path, on purpose, to help you, or for you to help them, or more often both.

You never help someone do right, that you do not better comprehend right.

When you step out of fellowship with God, His blessings cease to be noticed.

Thursday, December 02, 2010

How did you show your Faith last week?

How will you show your Faith this week?

Are you and embarrassment to your Faith?

Are you clinging to your Faith or living by Faith?

The faithful are called faithful because they are full of their Faith!

Wednesday, December 01, 2010

To make a difference, you will likely have to be different.

If you do not become comfortable where you are; your next step will be made with much trepidation and many temptations.

When you know enough, you have ceased to learn.

Hope will endure what love commands of it.

Faith stands best when anchored in a promise and surrounded by principle
