It is ok to over do for others if you can, but never try to out do someone else, just to show off; that is trying to make someone look bad so you can be seen as good...is called vanity.
Competition is not vanity if you goal is to improve yourself, not to be better than someone else.
For you to be better than someone else is pride but for you to be better than you were is progress!
Love who you can, give what you can, serve all you can but be yourself, always, then give all you can’t to Jesus.
Whenever you restrict your love you lessen who you can be.
Christian, God said to love everyone so you really can’t leave anyone out.
Imagination is an idea that you can see sprinting towards reality.
Inspiration is seeing the possibilities of an idea, that is moving at different speed and perhaps a different direction than everything around you.
Crying over the lost is good, doing something about the lost is even better.
Often, our tears are a form of love, as are our deeds.
“For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in his steps.”
1 Peter 2:21
A Smoky Mountain HI
Here is a journey I make each day. Time flows on this side of eternity. I have aged as gracefully as reasonable as can be be expected, and yet feel not a day older in my mind. As I begin a life in the Smoky Mountains I hope you will share my journey as well. www.kleincabin.com
