Don’t be discouraged, miracles often come over a considerable amount of time.
Watching the moments of a miracle long enough to see the end of it, is so rewarding. Just ask any dad or mom who have prayed for the redemption of a wayward child how blessed they feel when the miracle happens.
Don’t despair, miracles often come over seemingly too long of a
time.
Watching the moments of a miracle is often hard. Just ask anyone who has labored in prayer for a loved one in pain or shared their journey as they suffered with an incurable disease, until it is gone, one way or another.
Seeing and saying "God is good, all the time" is hard when a loved one goes on to Heaven leaving you and your precious others behind. A Christian knows they are better off in Heaven, yet we feel we aren't so fortunate, being left behind.
Knowing God is with us is the only real comfort for those moments.
It is a giant step of Faith to love across the measures of time, into Heaven . Yet we know, in our hearts, that God is still comforting and blessing us little by little, when in reality God is blessing us all of the time. He holds us every feeble step of the way, but in our grief and sorrow we are often obscured from the sight of those blessings.
A Christian is never lost but is finally forever found, when they step from this world into the presence of the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
It is our struggle that pains us; our loved one only sees Paradise abounding, all about them.
It is then, at that moment of deepest despair, that the Father puts His everlasting arms all around your soul, bringing comfort where it never could reach before. Perhaps, it is at that moment we recognize that we are not holding onto God but that God is holding onto us.
A Smoky Mountain HI
Here is a journey I make each day. Time flows on this side of eternity. I have aged as gracefully as reasonable as can be be expected, and yet feel not a day older in my mind. As I begin a life in the Smoky Mountains I hope you will share my journey as well. www.kleincabin.com
